The Upstairs Master Bath shower tile grout failed; allowing water to damage the subfloor beneath the shower and the ceiling of the kitchen below.

With a hole in their kitchen ceiling and the original insurance estimate below their deductible, they reached out to us.

After our free inspection we prepared our supplement and submitted it for review to their insurance company.

The insurance intinally denied the supplement and wanted to play hardball. With the complete understanding and acceptance from the client we took them to appraisal and won. With the appraisal award we completed the repairs to the kitchen ceiling and gave them the bathroom of their dreams.
